§ 13.18.100. Appeal procedure.

A.

Any person referred to in subsection 13.18.090.A. may appeal the decision of the director of neighborhood preservation to the code enforcement appeals commission.

B.

The appeal shall be governed by Section 6.02.190 of this Code.
