§ 13.20.050. Painting numbers on curbs - Consent by person in control of property.

No person shall paint or otherwise apply any number on the curb in front of any premises not owned or controlled by him without the prior consent of the owner or a person in lawful control of said premises, or without a permit to do so issued by the director of finance.
