§ 13.20.070. Depositing articles likely to injure vehicles prohibited.

A.

No person shall throw, deposit or place in or upon any public street any nails, tacks, crockery, glass, bottle, scrap iron, tin, wire, filings, lathe turnings, or any other article or thing likely to puncture or injure the tire of any vehicle.

B.

No person shall throw, deposit or place in on upon any public street any thorns or thorny clippings except in a yard waste set-out meeting the requirements of Part 7 of Chapter 9.10 of this Code.
