§ 13.23.230. City hall plaza.

"City hall plaza" or "plaza" means the exterior public open areas located adjacent to the new San José City Hall located at 200 E. Santa Clara Street, San José, CA, which area is bounded by Santa Clara Street on the north, Fourth Street on the west, Sixth Street on the east, and on the south, starting from Fourth Street going eastward along the southernmost wall of the new city hall and continuing to the cement wall marking the southern property line of the city hall property. The city hall plaza is owned and controlled by the city and includes the adjacent sidewalks.
