§ 13.23.340. City hall plaza rules and regulations.

It shall be unlawful to disobey or fail to follow regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, or any other rule, regulation, or lawful direction promulgated or made by the city manager or the director, or their authorized designees, of which such person has actual notice, however given, or as to which constructive notice has been given by appropriate sign or notice in the plaza.
