§ 13.23.360. Indemnity and insurance.

A.

A city hall plaza event permit shall include an indemnity provision, approved as to form by the city attorney, which holds the city harmless from the acts or omissions of the permittee in connection with the city hall plaza event.

B.

Each applicant for a city hall plaza event permit shall provide insurance coverage in the amount and type as prescribed in the regulations.
