If the director determines that the condition of any tree, shrub, hedge, or landscaping
constitutes a violation of any provision of this chapter, the director shall, by notice
in writing, notify the owner of the property in violation to prune or remove the tree,
shrub, hedge, or landscaping or take any other necessary corrective action to cure
the violation.
