§ 13.40.310. Bascom No. 21, Maywood No. 1, Moreland Nos. 2A and 3, Winchester Nos. 1 and 3, and Boynton No. 1.

    The scheme or plan for numbering houses and street entrances to buildings in those portions or districts of the city annexed August 13, 1953, February 24, 1955, May 5, 1955, May 18, 1955, June 24, 1955, July 28, 1955 and August 5, 1955, and designated Bascom No. 21, Maywood No. 1, Moreland Nos. 5, 2A and 3, Winchester Nos. 1 and 3 and Boynton No. 1, respectively, prepared by the city engineer and filed in the office of the city clerk with a duplicate filed with the building inspector, department of building, on the twenty-first day of November, 1955, and entitled: "Supplementary Official Street Number Map of the City of San José for the Following Annexed Districts: Bascom No. 21, Annexed August 13, 1953, Maywood No. 1, Annexed February 24, 1955, Moreland No. 3, Annexed May 18, 1955, Winchester No. 1, Annexed June 24, 1955, Winchester No. 3, Annexed July 28, 1955, Boynton No. 1, Annexed August 5, 1955," is hereby approved and adopted as a part of the official street number map of the City of San José.

    B.

    All street entrances to buildings and exterior doors to houses fronting on or facing any streets in said districts designated Bascom No. 21, Maywood No. 1, Moreland Nos. 2A and 3, Winchester Nos. 1 and 3, and Boynton No. 1 shall be numbered to correspond with the numbers allocated to the block, section or division of street upon which they front as shown upon the street number map.

    C.

    A duplicate copy of said supplemental official street number map shall be kept in the office of the building department, which shall, upon the application of the owner or occupant of any house or building in said portion of the city, furnish him with a memorandum of the correct numbers of each of the street entrances after said owner or occupant has furnished said building department with a correct description of the property built upon.
