§ 13.44.030. Rules and regulations.

A.

The director is authorized to adopt rules and regulations governing the public's use of the city parks.

B.

The director shall consult with the parks and recreation commission regarding the adoption or amendment of the rules and regulations governing the parks.

C.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit the city council's ability to enact rules and regulations governing park use.
