§ 13.44.072. Permit conditions - Compliance required.

A.

No permittee shall conduct, or cause to be conducted, an activity in a park use area except in full compliance with terms and conditions of the permit issued under this chapter.

B.

The permittee shall as a condition of the permit provide a means of informing all of the persons participating in the permitted activity of the terms and conditions of the permit.

C.

Violation of any of the terms and conditions of any permit issued under this chapter by the permittee, or any agent, servant or employee of permittee, shall be cause for immediate suspension or revocation of said permit by the director.

D.

To appeal the conditions imposed on a permit, the appeal procedures set forth in Section 13.44.070 I. shall apply.
