§ 13.44.076. Insurance requirement.

The director may, if the proposed use of park facilities involves risk of damage or injury to persons or to property of others, require the permittee to obtain a policy of public liability insurance with terms and limits of liability as determined by the city's risk manager to be appropriate for the activity for which the permit is requested.
