§ 13.48.280. Council action - Finality.
A.
The council on appeal shall conduct at least one public hearing on the matter. However, before taking action, the council may conduct more than one public hearing. Council consideration of the appeal shall be de novo.
B.
After it has conducted at least one public hearing thereon, the council may take action on the matter. Any action taken by the council shall be by written resolution. The action of the council shall be final. The city clerk shall mail notice thereof to the appellant and the applicant, if different than the appellant, and to all other persons who, in writing on a form provided by said clerk, have requested such notice.
