§ 15.12.840. Reclaimed water charges.

Any person purchasing reclaimed water from the director of water pollution control shall pay to the director of water pollution control the reclaimed water charges adopted by resolution of the city council. However no charge shall be imposed for reclaimed water provided to the tributary agencies of the San José/Santa Clara water pollution control plant for their respective governmental uses.
