§ 17.48.280. Clearance from fire escapes, windows and power lines.

  • A.

    No sign or supporting structure shall be erected in such a manner that any portion of its surface or supports will interfere in any way with the free use of any fire escape, exit or standpipe.

    B.

    No sign shall obstruct any window to such an extent that any light or ventilation is reduced to a point below that required by any law.

    C.

    Signs shall be so located as to maintain all required clearances from overhead power and service lines.
