§ 18.12.010. Preparation authorized when - Recommendation to council.

From time to time, the planning commission or planning department may, or if so directed by the council shall, prepare precise plans based on the general plan, or any element thereof, or any part of any element thereof, which has been adopted by the council, and drafts of such regulations, as may in its judgment be required for the systematic execution of the general plan, or any element thereof, or any part of any element thereof, which has been adopted by the council, and the commission may recommend such precise plans or regulations to the council for adoption.
