§ 1.13.170. Limit on property owner responsibility.

The owner of a subject property upon which the board has found that a public nuisance has occurred or recurred shall not be responsible for the payment of administrative penalties or administrative costs, or interest accrued on those amounts, imposed by the board solely upon an occupant or other person who is not the property owner.
