§ 1.13.200. Report of compliance after nuisance abatement order.

If the city attorney determines that compliance with the nuisance abatement order has been achieved, the city attorney shall file a report with the secretary of the board indicating that compliance has been achieved and the date of the city's final inspection of the subject property.
