§ 24.02.460. Fee exceptions.

A.

Fees shall not be required for buildings erected for and owned by the United States of America, the State of California, or any of its political subdivisions, or by any school district or hospitals, where the city has no jurisdiction for issuance of permits.

B.

However, if an applicant requests a plan review or permit for any of the aforementioned projects, full fees are charged.
