§ 2.06.010. Deputization.

A.

Council appointees and department heads may deputize persons to sign official documents, including contracts, on their behalf. Such appointments shall be in writing and signed by the council appointee or the department head and filed in the office of the city clerk.

B.

The authorization to sign official documents may be terminated at any time by the appointing council appointee or department head. Such removal shall be in writing and signed by the council appointee or department head and filed in the office of the city clerk.
