§ 6.02.070. Exemption.

Every honorably discharged veteran specified under Sections 16001 and 16001.5 of the California Business and Professions Code who is physically unable to obtain a livelihood by manual labor and who is a resident of the State of California shall be exempt from payment of permit or license fees required for commercial handbill distribution, ice cream truck peddling, and peddling under San José Municipal Code Chapters 6.36, 6.39 and 6.54.
