§ 6.02.150. Penalty for late renewal.

Any person who fails for more than thirty calendar days after the expiration of any permit or license issued under the provisions of this title to apply for a renewal thereof shall be required to pay a penalty of ten percent of the amount of the permit or license fee. Such penalty shall be collected by the department charged with the responsibility for the permit or license at the time of the issuance of a new permit or license.
