§ 6.44.200. Operating regulations and permit conditions.

The provisions of this part shall constitute business permit terms and conditions applicable to each business permit issued by the chief of police.

B.

In addition, the provisions of this part shall constitute operating regulations. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate these provisions.
