§ 6.44.290. Condoms prohibited.

A.

No person shall enter or remain in any part of the premises of a massage business, or conduct, operate, be employed by or provide massage for an off-premises massage business, while in the possession of or while using a condom.

B.

No condom shall be stored or kept on the premises of a massage business.
