§ 6.44.320. Locks prohibited.

A.

No massage shall be conducted within any cubicle, room, booth or treatment room on the premises of a massage business which is fitted with a lock.

B.

All exterior doors on the premises of a massage business shall remain unlocked from the interior side during business hours unless the massage business meets the requirement of California Government Code Section 51034(b)(5), as may be amended.
