§ 6.52.060. Pawnbrokers - Secondhand dealer's permit - Nontransferable.

Any permit issued, together with the privileges conferred thereby, to a person to engage in business as a pawnbroker or a secondhand dealer, shall be nontransferable, and any attempt to transfer said permit to any other person, business, corporation, partnership or organization shall be void and of no effect.
