§ 6.54.300. Permit and license procedures.

A.

The procedures set forth in Chapter 6.02 shall govern the application for, investigation, approval, denial, suspension, revocation, and renewal of any peddler business permit and peddler employee license issued pursuant to this chapter, except as specifically provided in this part.

B.

All the application procedures set out in Section 6.02.050 shall strictly apply to each applicant for a peddler business permit and peddler employee license.
