§ 6.56.080. Persons under the age of sixteen years excluded when.

No person operating any public pool or billiard room in the city and no person in actual charge of any public pool or billiard room in the city shall permit any person under the age of sixteen years to enter or remain in such public pool or billiard room after ten p.m. on any day or before six a.m. on the following day, unless such minor is accompanied by his parent, guardian or adult spouse.
