§ 6.56.110. Private rooms prohibited.

  • No person conducting any such pool or billiard room in the city, or employee of such person, shall maintain in connection with such pool or billiard room any private room, excepting rooms used exclusively as toilets or lavatories, or for storage purposes; and "private rooms" shall be deemed to be those rooms the entire interior of which are not exposed to view from the main entrance to such pool or billiard room, or from one of the main rooms regularly and habitually used by the general public for the playing of pool or billiards.
