§ 6.60.430. Notice of change in operation of premises.

A.

A permittee shall notify the chief of police, in writing, of any change in hours or days of operation, and any change in maximum occupancy as certified by the San José fire department.

B.

A permittee shall notify the chief of police in writing of any anticipated change at least one (1) working day in advance of the effective date of the expansion in the hours or days of operation, or expansion of the maximum occupancy.
