§ 6.62.430. Change of name.

A.

Each event promoter shall provide written notice to the chief of police of any change of name or telephone number of the event promoter within five days of the occurrence.

B.

When notice of a change of name has been provided, the chief of police shall determine whether an updated application for an event promoter permit needs to be submitted for review by the chief of police. If the chief of police determines an updated application is required, the chief of police will so notify the event promoter.
