§ 6.88.295. Transport.

"Transport" means all activity involved in the movement of cannabis from one (1) location to another, including, but not limited to, loading, shipping and receiving. Transport does not include delivery to a Qualified Patient, Primary Caregiver or individual person age twenty-one (21) or older.
