The Cannabis Business's Premises and Location shall at all times comply with all the
provisions of this Code, including but not limited to Title 17, Title 20, Title 23, and Title 24. All occupancies, construction and equipment used therein, shall meet all conditions
of the current state, local, building, fire and any other applicable provision of
state or local law prior to the cultivating, processing, manufacturing, testing, transporting,
distributing, dispensing, or delivery of cannabis at or from the Premises or Location.
