§ 9.10.030. Authorized recycling collector.

A.

"Authorized residential recycling collector" means a person authorized under and by virtue of a contract with the city to provide recycling services to residential premises in the city.

B.

"Authorized commercial recycling collector" means a person authorized under and by virtue of a franchise granted pursuant to Part 11 of this chapter or a permit issued pursuant to Part 13 of this chapter to provide recycling services at commercial premises.

C.

"Authorized recycling collector" means either an authorized residential recycling collector or an authorized commercial recycling collector.
