§ 9.10.100. Designated recycling collection location.

"Designated recycling collection location" means:
A.

Any container designated by posted signs, marked or labeled as a container for recyclable material.

B.

Any place where an authorized recycling collector has contracted to pick up recyclable material segregated from other waste material, including the curbside of a residential premises or the service alley of a commercial premises.

C.

Any place designated in a contract between the city and an authorized recycling collector from which the authorized recycling collector has contracted to collect uncontainerized recyclable material.
