§ 9.10.270. Single-family dwelling.

"Single-family dwelling" means permanent premises used for or designated as a single-family residential dwelling. Single-family dwelling includes each part of a (a) condominium project, (b) duplex, (c) triplex, (d) townhouse project, (e) mobilehome park, or (f) apartment building which has been approved by the director for separate or individual solid waste collection service.
