§ 9.10.290. Solid waste collector.

"Solid waste collector" means:

A.

Any person authorized to perform residential solid waste collection services in the city pursuant to a collection agreement existing between such person and the city; and

B.

An authorized recycling collector; and

C.

Any person authorized to perform commercial solid waste collection services in the city pursuant to:

1.

A collection agreement existing between such person and the city; or

2.

A franchise granted in accordance with the provisions of Part 11 of this chapter.
