§ 9.10.380. Yard wastes.

"Yard wastes" means grass, weeds, leaves, tree trimmings, plants, shrubbery prunings, and such other similar materials which are generated in the maintenance of yards, gardens or commercial landscaping in the city and which are separated from other solid waste materials and placed in a designated recycling collection location.
