§ 13.40.060. South Willow Glen Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7.
A.
The scheme or plan for numbering houses and street entrances to buildings in those portions of the city annexed May 6, 1948, February 17, 1949, March 24, 1949, July 15, 1949, and August 3, 1950, and designated South Willow Glen No. 2, South Willow Glen No. 3, South Willow Glen No. 4, South Willow Glen No. 5 and South Willow Glen No. 7, respectively, prepared by the city engineer of San José and filed in the office of the city clerk, with a duplicate filed with the building inspector, department of building, on the twenty-first day of December, 1950, and entitled: "Supplementary Official Street Number Map of the City of San José, South Willow Glen No. 2, Annexed May 6, 1948, South Willow Glen No. 3, Annexed February 17, 1949, South Willow Glen No. 4, Annexed March 24, 1949, South Willow Glen No. 5, Annexed July 15, 1949, South Willow Glen No. 7, Annexed August 3, 1950," is hereby approved and adopted as a part of the official street number map.
B.
Entrance Numbering in South Willow Glen 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. All street entrances to buildings and exterior doors to houses fronting on or facing any street in South Willow Glen No. 3, South Willow Glen No. 4, South Willow Glen No. 5 and South Willow Glen No. 5 and South Willow Glen No. 7 shall be numbered to correspond with the prorated numbers of the block, section or division of street frontage upon which it fronts as shown by the aforesaid street number map.
C.
Map for South Willow Glen Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. A duplicate copy of the official street number map of the territory embracing South Willow Glen No. 2, South Willow Glen No. 3, South Willow Glen No. 4, South Willow Glen No. 5 and South Willow Glen No. 7 shall be kept in the office of the building department, which shall, upon the application of the owner or occupant of any house or building in said portion of the city, furnish him with a memorandum of the correct numbers of each of its street entrances, after said owner or occupant has furnished said building department with a correct description of the property built upon.
