§ 6.50.020. Current state registration - Required for employees.

A.

It shall be unlawful for any person or any employee of a private patrol operator to engage in private patrol activities within the city without having in his possession evidence of current registration with the state pursuant to subdivision (f) of Section 7514 of the California Business and Professions Code.

B.

It shall be unlawful for any person or any employee of an in-house security program who is armed with a deadly weapon to engage in in-house security activities within the city without having in his possession evidence of current registration with the state pursuant to subdivision (f) of Section 7514 of the California Business and Professions Code.
