§ 6.82.110. Compliance with chapter.

The owner of any building or premises in which a beverage service business is being conducted or operated shall suffer or allow that use, and the owner or operator of any beverage service business shall conduct and operate that use, only in a manner that complies with all of the provisions of this chapter.
