§ 6.82.120. Window tint.

  • A.

    All windows of a beverage service business shall be fabricated of clear glass or other similar transparent material, with or without a film, overlay, laminate, or attachments of any clear kind whatsoever, that allows persons located within twenty feet of the exterior side of the window clearly to observe the interior space of the beverage service business premises, and the activities occurring therein.

    B.

    No owner of any building or premises where a beverage service business is being conducted or operated, and no owner or operator of a beverage service business, shall tint or allow the tinting of the windows, or place or allow the placing of a film, overlay, laminate, or attachment of any kind whatsoever on the windows, in a manner that prevents persons located within twenty feet of the exterior side of the window from clearly observing the interior space of the beverage service business premises, and activities occurring therein.
