§ 6.87.420. Term of license.

A.

Each tobacco retail license issued under this chapter shall expire one year after the date of issuance, subject to suspension or revocation as provided for in this chapter.

B.

The expiration date of each tobacco retail license shall be shown on the license itself and each tobacco retail license shall expire at midnight on the expiration date.
