§ 6.87.425. License fees.

A.

Each tobacco retailer who applies for or holds a tobacco retail license shall pay all associated fees in the amounts established by resolution of the city council.

B.

The director shall not issue or renew a tobacco retail license prior to full payment of any applicable fees.
