§ 9.10.155. Material service classification.

"Material service classification " means the material or class of materials (e.g., "rubbish only," "mixed recyclables," "glass only") allowed to be placed or stored in a particular commercial solid waste container or in a debris box used to store residential rubbish, as determined by the franchise granted to the collector of the materials and by the rules and regulations promulgated by the director.
