§ 9.10.160. Commingled recyclables.

  • A.

    "Commingled recyclables" means source separated recyclables that are:

    1.

    Commingled in a container in a combination specified in rules promulgated by the director; and

    2.

    Segregated from other waste materials by the generator for the purpose of recycling.

    B.

    Except for incidental residue as specified in rules promulgated by the director, "commingled recyclables" does not include materials which are separated for recycling but are disposed of by landfilling.
