§ 9.10.170. Multifamily dwelling.
A.
"Multifamily dwelling" means any permanent premises of at least two units used for residential purposes where the units do not receive separate or individual solid waste collection service. By way of illustration, multifamily dwelling includes apartment buildings, attached single-family dwellings such as townhouses and condominiums, and mobilehome parks, in which the units do not receive separate or individual solid waste collection service.
B.
Multifamily dwelling does not include any hotel, motel, guesthouse, residential care facility, extended care facility, sorority or fraternity house, school, dormitory, residential service facility, emergency residential shelter, hospital, convent or monastery.
